Matterport or Zillow 3D tour — which should I get?
If the listing is going Showcase, use the Zillow tour. For luxury homes, websites and social marketing, Matterport's dollhouse view is the gold standard. Many sellers get both.
How much is a 3D tour?
A Zillow Showcase or Matterport 3D tour is $250 for homes under 2,500 sq ft and $350 for larger homes. Add a floor plan for $300 / $400 total. A floor plan on its own is $100.
Do I need a 3D tour?
