How is pricing set?
By square footage. Packages are priced for homes under 2,500 sq ft and 2,500–4,000 sq ft; homes over 4,000 sq ft are custom quoted. Add-ons like drone ($95) and real twilight ($100) work with any shoot.
What's the First Listing Offer?
Your first shoot with MIM Jax is $200 for 40 HDR photos and 5 drone photos on homes under 2,500 sq ft. One per agent.
How fast is delivery?
24–48 hours as standard. Rush next-morning delivery is $50.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included across Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties — Jacksonville, the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Orange Park and Amelia Island. Gainesville and Alachua County, plus Putnam, Bradford and Union counties (Palatka, Keystone Heights, Starke, Lake Butler) add a $50 travel fee.

Yes. Monthly plans start at $1,125 for 5 Essential Listing shoots, with priority scheduling and rollovers. Brokerages with 20+ listings a month get custom pricing.
